The following documents/pictures show the faulty process of auction and breach of tender rules done by Rastriya Banijya Bank, Kathmandu in regards with the industry's property of Kitta No. 266, 267 and 268 (that is mentioned in point 2 of the above mentioned letter challan 626)



Tender Notice ( first and only of 7 days) dated 2062/03/17 B.S. (01-07-2005 A.D.)
regarding industry's property of Kitta no. 266, 267 and 268 published by
Rastriya Banijya Main Bank Branch office , Bishal Bazaar, Kathmandu
without '
panchakirte' and re-valuation of the property.  

   Newspaper publication by MGI dated 2062/03/28 B.S. (July 12th 2005 A.D.)

      Valuation of industry's property of Kitta no. 266, 267 and 268
done by RB bank, Kathmandu on 13-07-1997 A.D. (2054/03/29 B.S.) of NRs. 7,02,05,973.00. (Rupees Seven Crore Two lakhs five thousand nine hundred seventy three only)

RB bank, Bishal Bazaar Main Branch Kathmandu Letter no. 457
dated 2062/05/22 B.S. ( 07-09-2005 A.D.) to Malpot Karyalaya, Kalanki
(Land Registration Office ) to register the property in the name of the buyer without receiving payment against the condition of the tender of date 2062/03/17 B.S. (01-07-2005 A.D.) and disobeying the rules of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).

    
RB bank, Main Branch Kathmandu issued approximately 100% loan 
( equal to accepted tender value ) against the same property 
( refer to Malpot Karyalaya's tamsuk registration no. 3527 dated 2062-06-06 B.S. registered by bank and buyer ) breaching Tender condition and rules, and disobeying Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) . 

   Letter no. 21/41 dated 2062/06/16 B.S. (02-10-2005 A.D.) of RB bank, Main Branch Kathmandu verifying that the tender amount was deposited by the buyer only after the property was registered in the buyer's name and loan was issued on the same property by RB bank itself on 2062-06-06 B.S. against Tender conditions and rules of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).
